I am a UX design researcher equipped with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
In observing people's behavior or attitude, I choose the suitable method for the research question at hand. Often, it is a mixed method that combines qualitative and quantitative tools. With collected findings, I find the fundamental cause that explains why a particular behavior or attitude occurs, and uncover users' motivations.
